And a road runs through it...
One of the many red roads that abound on Prince Edward Island. This was a detour right before we hit the Prince Edward Island National Park on the Central Coastal Drive, Green Gables Shore. Someone had gone missing, and a search and rescue had be launched.
This road is very red, and only single lane wide. There were three of us being diverted. We didn't know where we would end up, but it wouldn't be the national park.
Trees and scrub.
Cheers!

Accessorized Trees
The below shot was taken on a recent trip to Prince Edward Island, Canada's smallest province. This scene is on Richmond Street, a pedestrian-only street of artisan shops and restaurants in Charlottetown.
I love the colorful paper lanterns hanging from the branches. So playful.
Here's a close-up shot of the tree bobbles.
I think I have some earrings like that!
