I know most of us are tired of snow but I enjoy this tree at my vet's office, no matter what season.

Troll House...

I've been taking clicks of this piece of tree trunk since 2010, when I dubbed it Dwarf Troll House For Rent.

Every year since then finds me at Edwards Gardens (Toronto) clicking away and imagining what troll families might have come and gone.

I've shot it during more than one season, and the perspective changes a little each year.

I still need some winter shots.

This is one of the shots taken during November of 2013.

I could probably write six months of Daily Tree posts from Hermitage alone.  We loved it so much there that we went back the next day.  I'd like to see it in Spring.

This is a stick up.

This was taken at Edwards Gardens in Toronto last November. Hence, the lack of colour and foliage, etc.

That tree has a face, arms, and forward motion. Unbelievable.

Enough with the snow already...

I can't say how many times I've looked at this image since it was taken in May and didn't see the strapping that is holding two twisted branches to a support.

I suppose I could have titled this Helpmeet.
