This was taken last week along the Laura Secord trail. My lilacs are still blooming.  One Good Thing about our messed up weather lately has been the long blooming season. It's at the tail end.

Blooming lilac

This lilac grows to the right of my brother's front door. No one uses that door but my niece and I have been known to sit on the step so that we can commune with the lilac.
